Submitting an RFQ through this Site does not constitute a binding contract. A formal manufacturing agreement is only established once a Purchase Order (PO) is accepted by RubberQ in writing, subject to our standard Industrial Sales Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
