Custom Rubber Components for Industrial Equipment
Bring a seal, gasket, flexible cover or molded component requirement for review. Material, geometry, production volume and inspection requirements guide the manufacturing route.

Bring a defined component requirement
RubberQ combines Japanese formulation support with mixing, molding, in-house testing and ERP traceability in China. For an industrial seal, gasket, flexible cover or bonded component, start with the function and interface. Review the drawing, compound requirements and order profile together to define the manufacturing discussion.

Prepare a package for an engineering quotation
Keep requirements identifiable for each part. A sample helps explain a component; include the approved drawing and specification when available.
| Input | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Drawing and interface | Part number, revision, dimensions, mating geometry and assembly |
| Material and duty | Existing grade or required properties, actual media, temperature and loads |
| Quantity | Sample quantity, order quantity, expected demand and delivery requirements |
| Inspection | Critical dimensions, visual criteria, methods and required records |
| Tooling and changes | Existing tooling information, ownership requirements and change procedure |
| Evaluation | Sample approval, material tests and assembly acceptance |
| Supply scope | Finished components or compound supply, packaging and documentation |

Separate the sealing task from the vibration task
For a seal exposed to a wash fluid, provide the complete fluid and additives, cleaning sequence and joint conditions. For a vibration component, provide supported mass, preload, frequency range, interfaces and the response or noise criterion. If the equipment needs both, give each component its own drawing and acceptance basis.

Move from quotation to repeat supply
For a package containing several parts, list each part number, revision, material and quantity separately. Agree the manufacturing route, sample inspection and the records needed for approval before repeat orders. Link the approved specification to the compound and production lot. Where compound supply is requested, define its delivery form and processing requirements separately from finished-part supply.
