Compound Supply
Custom Rubber Compound Supply
Discuss compound supply for your molding requirements. Share the material specification, receiving process, required form and volume so we can review technical fit and a supply arrangement.
01 / Compound Supply
Define the compound and receiving process
Discuss compound supply around the material requirement and the process that will turn it into a finished part. Share the existing specification or performance targets, intended manufacturing route and receiving-site conditions. RubberQ combines formulation support, in-house mixing and testing with ERP production traceability.
02 / Compound Supply
Prepare a supply specification
A hardness target or polymer name is only part of the requirement. Define the delivered material and how your team will evaluate it before agreeing recurring supply.
| Input | Details for the technical discussion |
|---|---|
| Material identity | Existing compound code, polymer family, specification and permitted changes |
| Receiving process | Molding or other intended process, equipment constraints and relevant trial conditions |
| Performance | Required properties, methods, sample preparation and acceptance limits |
| Supply form | Required form, pack size, quantity and handling needs |
| Release information | Lot identification and the material or process reports required for the order |
| Storage and use | Material-specific instructions, label information and the receiving-site conditions |
| Repeat orders | Order pattern, approved version and responsibilities for reviewing changes |
03 / Compound Supply
Evaluate trial material in your process
Agree the trial objective, quantity and evaluation before comparing candidates. Keep the supplied lot and the receiving-process settings identifiable. Material-test results and finished-part function answer different questions, so define both where the application requires them.
- Confirm the material identification and receiving inspection basis.
- Record trial processing conditions and observations against the agreed objective.
- Approve the material and finished-part requirements that will govern repeat supply.
04 / Compound Supply
Use material-specific storage instructions
Agree packaging, transport and storage information for the particular compound. Keep batch identification and the applicable use or review date with the material. If storage conditions or the labelled period are exceeded, discuss the required review before use; do not infer an automatic extension from a visual check. Finished-rubber storage guidance should not be treated as a universal rule for uncured compound.
05 / Compound Supply
Connect the approved version to repeat supply
Discuss specification ownership, confidentiality, approved material identification and how changes will be reviewed. Agree which release records are needed, how delivery lots will be identified and what to retain from a receiving-process trial. Timing, trial charges and recurring supply terms are confirmed against the defined scope.
