Keep each process concern with its own evidence
Plasma exposure, particles, outgassing, permeation and assembly leakage describe different evaluations. Agree the compound, sample state, conditions and output for each required report. If extractable metals matter, specify analytes, extraction and measurement methods, sample preparation and reporting limits with the equipment team.
